Cabin Buddies – What is a Cabin Buddy<\/h2>\n
A cabin buddy is a friend your child can be in the same cabin with. We request that you do not select more than three cabin buddies so that the children can mix and meet new friends. When we put five or more buddies in a cabin, it often leaves someone out. Unfortunately, this occurs more often than not. Remember, camp is an excellent opportunity to meet new friends!<\/div>\n

If you have a brother\/sister combo or two friends who end up in different cabins, don’t worry! We group cabins for the day in “Family Units.” This means that these cabins will participate in activities together all day long. The only time they will be apart is during “Cabin time,” which is downtime, getting changed, and sleeping. Our days are spent in the great outdoors, so there will be plenty of time to spend together!<\/div>\n

Deposit Information<\/h2>\n

Deposits are $50 for each child for each camp that child is registered to attend.<\/p>\n

Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h1>\n

If a parent withdraws their camper from the camp program prior to the start date, refunds will be issued excluding the $50 non-refundable deposit.<\/p>\n

A total refund of fees due to a medical concern will be given only upon receipt of a written request for the refund and a physician’s written certification.<\/p>\n

Refunds are not granted if the parent\/guardian withdraws the camper from the program session early, or if the camper is sent home at any time throughout the week due to behavioral problems. When a camper breaks the rules which may endanger the safety of others or self, the camper will be spoken to privately by the director. If a camper needs to be sent home, it is at the expense of the parents. No portion of the camp fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n
