Program Information<\/h1>\n
A day in the life at camp consists of:<\/div>\n
– Wake up, time to start the day. The kids will go straight to the tarmac and choose their “Camper\u2019s choice” activity. These are:<\/div>\n
– Craft \u2013 God’s eyes<\/div>\n
– Drama & Music \u2013 Musical Chairs<\/div>\n
– Sport \u2013 Tetherball<\/div>\n
– Mess Mania – Obleck<\/div>\n
– Canoe Crew \u2013 Battleships<\/div>\n
– Outdoor Activity \u2013 Hike to West Point<\/div>\n
– Water Activity \u2013 Free Swim<\/div>\n
– Director\u2019s Choice \u2013 Chalk<\/div>\n

This is an example taken from a day at one of our Multi-age camps<\/em><\/h3>\n
– It’s time for Breakfast!<\/div>\n
– After breakfast, the kids go to their cabins for cabin clean up. Cabins will be judged later in the day by directors, and points will be issued for the cleanest cabin. It’s very competitive, and we get some pretty creative children!<\/div>\n
– Then, it\u2019s time for our intro to the theme. We have a Bible-based theme for each day concerning our overall theme for the summer.<\/div>\n
– We then have a camp-wide game that gets our appetites ready for…<\/div>\n
– Lunch! Lunchtime is dress-up time. Each lunch has a different theme. We have a tickle trunk full of donated dress-up clothing, and the costumes get pretty wild!<\/div>\n
– After lunch is downtime, where the kids can go to their cabins to nap, write home, relax, or chat with their friends. Two cabins go for showers during this time, and we switch cabins daily.<\/div>\n
– Next are sessions, which consist of Bible study, crafts, and swimming. The kids move from one session to another and there are three sessions per afternoon. Snacks are provided in between these sessions.<\/div>\n
– Suppertime! It’s time for our Chef to serve us one of his magnificent creations!<\/div>\n
– Worship time. It’s time to give thanks to our Lord and Savior.<\/div>\n
– Next is a camp-wide game. The director will choose the game! Animal Safari is a favourite!<\/div>\n
– Camp-wide swim is up! It’s time to refresh after working up a sweat in the camp-wide game!<\/div>\n
– Evening snack time, usually milk and cookies!<\/div>\n
– Time to wind down with a campfire where we sing songs and play night games.<\/div>\n
– Brush and flush.<\/div>\n
– Time to settle down in cabins and lights out. Our directors will be coming around to check on every one of you, not once, but twice! So you better be sleeping!!<\/div>\n
– Night night campers!<\/div>\n
– And we start all over again in the morning!<\/div>\n
